updating existing <a href="https://www.revisor.mn.gov/rules/6232.4700/" target="_blank"><span style="color:blue;">permanent rule</span></a> defining
Deer Permit Areas. Deer Permit Area boundary features are captured
spatially by copying features from existing authoritative GIS sources such as
MN DOT road centerline routes which include attributes indicating route
numbering, route system and alternative names. Spatial feature alignment
and descriptions used for rule are also verified to further match up with
existing conditions on the ground by referencing current aerial photography as
well as the most recent street view imagery taken from commercial sources such
as Google Streetview and Bing Streetside imagery. Boundary descriptions
defined in rule are ensured to be complete by verifying all GIS features
describing boundaries intersect each other.</span></p>
