You can create a web app with a scene using ArcGIS Configurable Apps templates or ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS StoryMaps, or ArcGIS Experience Builder. Different templates and Web AppBuilder offer various functionality, such as different layouts, color schemes, and tools. Start from Scene Viewer, the content page, or the item page. Choose a template or open Web AppBuilder, StoryMaps, or Experience Builder to configure their components, and publish the app. As an alternative, you can download a template and deploy it to your own web server.
A published web app is based on a scene authored with Scene Viewer or ArcGIS Pro. Any changes the author makes to the scene, including its extent, layers, description, and other properties, are reflected in the web app. If a scene that was available to everyone in the organization is made private or deleted, the scene no longer appears in the app.

Note:
Your organization may have specified brand colors or a logo to apply to apps created by members of your organization. When you create an app that supports these Shared theme settings, the specified settings will be applied instead of the default theme of the app.
